Snow Day!

Wednesday evening our area had a snowstorm! Ira made it home just in time as the snow began to fall. Landon would follow me over to the window to check on the falling snow all evening and he enjoyed seeing the big snowflakes. By Thursday morning we had over nine inches! And seeing that we live on a big hill we were pretty well snowed in for the day!

This is Colby's 'please pick me up, I'm cold and wet!' face that preceeds the trying to jump into my arms. He gets the same face everytime we go to the beach and he wades in the water and later regrets it.

Landon really wasn't sure what to think of the snow. I don't believe he thought it was worth the 20 minutes we spent trying to get his snow boots and mittens on.

Ready to go inside and pick off all the tangles of "snow balls" that Colby picked up!
